Why does something terrible have to happen before I make a change?  This is exactly what I talked about with Dr. Aarti Soorya in our recent Facebook Live! 
 
We talked about hitting rock bottom in our physical body, and how that prompted us to make a change!  She shared her own story with this, and how its changed the way she takes care of herself and her patients.  In this episode, we also dive into sleep, the fight-or-flight response, and how to tune into your body.  We talk about how all these things affect your health, and how an East-West approach can help.
