I gave a speech at a Toastmasters meeting recently, and it was a big hit! People were talking about brushing their teeth for weeks after I gave that speech. Lol :-) I had no idea that it would leave such an impression.
The title of my speech was "Finding Happiness During Stressful Times." I talked about how I felt like I was struggling to practice self-care during a stressful time. I called up my friend, Dr. Errin Weisman, and she helped me realize something so simple, yet so profound! I reveal that insight and my spin on it in this speech.
