A big part of living in alignment and authenticity is tuning into your body’s signals. Your body is always sending you signals. These signals are a direct conduit to your inner voice.
The thing is it’s so easy to get caught up in your day to day busyness that you ignore, numb out, or shove down your body’s signals. What starts to happen is that you don’t even notice those signals anymore. Ignore those signals long enough and guess what happens? The signals get louder until you pay attention. That can show up as insomnia, chronic pain, indigestion, heartburn, or any number of other physical symptoms. It’s your body trying to tell you to pay attention. Something isn’t in alignment, and when you listen, tune in, pay attention and make some changes, you feel better. None of this is easy.
