I led a Workshop earlier this month on finding lasting love, and I’m giving away the secret here…
The key to lasting love is finding it within yourself first.
In the workshop, I shared the story of the musk deer (LISTEN HERE - it’s only 45 seconds) and how we’re all a bit like that deer running from one thing to another searching for love, happiness, and fulfillment.
I also shared my philosophy and approach to creating lasting habits. It’s the same exact method that I guide all my clients on, and that I’ve used myself for years. This is one of the most common frustrations I hear from clients - that they want to start doing something for themselves, whether it’s a new exercise routine, limiting screen time, creating boundaries, or healthier eating habits - but they just can’t seem to get started!
