The #1 regret of the dying is “I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.”
This was followed by “I wish I hadn’t worked so hard” and “I wish that I had let myself be happier.”* Here’s the thing… You, right here and right now, have the power to not let these be your greatest regrets too. As always, I’m not saying it’s easy. It’ll take some work and making hard, intentional decisions. But, don’t you think it’s worth it? It can feel confusing to even know where to start with getting unstuck and living radiantly again. It can feel like you have to make massive changes and shifts all at once to see this as a reality, and making those changes can feel daunting. But, it doesn’t have to be… One of my core beliefs, and core tenets of Radiant Living Institute, is that “small changes have a large impact.” Often it’s a matter of making a few small tweaks to your mindset, perspective, or routines. What’s 1 small change you can make today to live a life true to yourself and let yourself be happier? Leave a comment below to let me know! Did you miss it? I led a free workshop last week “The World Doesn’t Need a New You: Step Into Your Authenticity.” Send me a message "REPLAY" and I'll send it your way! *From Bronnie Ware’s “Regrets of the Dying”
