As you prepare your menu for Thanksgiving, I invite you to also think about how you’re going to eat…
If you eat in a negative state, say you’re angry, stressed, or frustrated, that’s going to have an effect on how your body processes your food. Alternatively, if you prepare your meal with love, sit down and eat in a state of gratitude, that’s going to have a completely different effect on your body, mind, and emotions.

When you’re having a crazy busy day at work and you shove food in your mouth so that you can keep going, do you even really taste your food?
On the other hand, when you go to a really fancy restaurant with your beloved, and you order the most expensive item on the menu, you fully savor every bite, right?
Those are completely different experiences - for your body, mind, and emotions.
