What makes your heart full?
For me, it's seeing people's faces light up with a new understanding of a thought or concept, especially when it relates to building a kinder, gentler relationship with themselves. I love being able to facilitate these insights and it’s my selfish "why" for all that I do. Whether it's writing a blog, working with a client 1-1, or facilitating a group coaching program, I can't get enough of it! Over the past few weeks, my heart felt full as I guided 100 women on a journey into reclaiming their radiance. Of rediscovering, or discovering for the first time, parts of themselves that give rise to joy and clarity. I'm proud of how the group came together to support, inspire, and uplift each other. When you come together with a like-minded group in this way, you realize that you're not alone on this journey. You find connection through your shared struggles and joys. You rise together, above the shame stories and vulnerabilities, to find the light and strength within. Here's what 1 participant said about her experience: "This program allowed me to explore the ideas of what I want out of life. It helped me figure out what was holding me back and cleared the way of things that felt overwhelming. Being able to explore what I want in life in a way that felt productive, instead of worrisome. I feel more confident to tackle things that feel concrete and change now feels achievable. This process has allowed me to paint the big picture of what I want in a way that feels accessible." As this round of Reclaim Your Radiance is winding down, I'm already planning the next. If you know you want in, use the link below to join the waitlist and be the first to find out when it’s happening next! In the meantime, I want to know what makes your heart full? Is it spending time with your kids, going for a hike in Nature, creating art, or something else altogether? Leave a comment below to let me know!

Last week was hard. Usually when I have a week like that, someone tells me Mercury's in Retrograde. I still don't know exactly what that means, but, hey, let's go with that! (Has Mercury been in Retrograde all year? If you know what that means, send me a message and let me know!)
Here's what I do know though. You can't always control the events of your life, but you have 100% control over your mindset and perspective. So, here it is, 3 things to remember when life feels tough: 1. Be kind to yourself Play this mantra on repeat in your mind. Offer yourself the same compassion that you offer to others. 2. What can I learn from this? Re-frame the "why is this happening" or "why am I going through this" to "What can I learn from this?" Sit still and listen. Journal. The answer to this question may not reveal itself right away, but keep asking. The answer will come, if not today, then tomorrow. 3. Let everything come to you. Beauty and terror. Just keep going. No feeling is final. This beautiful quote from Rainer Marie Rilke. It's everything and it speaks for itself. What are your go-to reactions when life feels tough? How do you cope? (and if you want a peek at my 6-step method to creating a radiant life, get your free workbook HERE) My new group coaching program, Reclaim Your Radiance, launched this past weekend. Over 100 women said YES to no longer playing small and are ready to step into their greatness. They signed up and showed up, ready to shine! Here's what people are already saying: "I've done similar courses in the past, but this resonated with me in a different way. I loved having your guidance as I went through the Take Action Worksheet." "I'm closer to clarity! The "magic wand" exercise helped me flow into what I desire right now, without overthinking it. Re-reading it, I'm saying "WOW, big dreams, but anything is possible!" I'm giving you a sneak peek at a 2-minute snippet of the intro lesson today. Check it below and then leave a comment to let me know what you think! Find out when the next session of Reclaim Your Radiance opens up!
