I led a Workshop earlier this month on finding lasting love, and I’m giving away the secret here… The key to lasting love is finding it within yourself first. In the workshop, I shared the story of the musk deer (LISTEN HERE - it’s only 45 seconds) and how we’re all a bit like that deer running from one thing to another searching for love, happiness, and fulfillment. TWO Commit to giving yourself 1 thing that makes you feel loved this week. That 1 thing doesn’t have to be something complicated or expensive. In fact, I want you to choose something as simple as possible. If you’ve worked with me before, you know I always say “small changes make a large impact.” In part, this is because you’re more likely to stick to small actions. When you take those small actions consistently, they become habits. Here are a few examples of actions you can take:
