The #1 regret of the dying is “I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.”
This was followed by “I wish I hadn’t worked so hard” and “I wish that I had let myself be happier.”* Here’s the thing… You, right here and right now, have the power to not let these be your greatest regrets too. As always, I’m not saying it’s easy. It’ll take some work and making hard, intentional decisions. But, don’t you think it’s worth it? It can feel confusing to even know where to start with getting unstuck and living radiantly again. It can feel like you have to make massive changes and shifts all at once to see this as a reality, and making those changes can feel daunting. But, it doesn’t have to be… One of my core beliefs, and core tenets of Radiant Living Institute, is that “small changes have a large impact.” Often it’s a matter of making a few small tweaks to your mindset, perspective, or routines. What’s 1 small change you can make today to live a life true to yourself and let yourself be happier? Leave a comment below to let me know! Did you miss it? I led a free workshop last week “The World Doesn’t Need a New You: Step Into Your Authenticity.” Send me a message "REPLAY" and I'll send it your way! *From Bronnie Ware’s “Regrets of the Dying”

A big part of living in alignment and authenticity is tuning into your body’s signals. Your body is always sending you signals. These signals are a direct conduit to your inner voice.
The thing is it’s so easy to get caught up in your day to day busyness that you ignore, numb out, or shove down your body’s signals. What starts to happen is that you don’t even notice those signals anymore. Ignore those signals long enough and guess what happens? The signals get louder until you pay attention. That can show up as insomnia, chronic pain, indigestion, heartburn, or any number of other physical symptoms. It’s your body trying to tell you to pay attention. Something isn’t in alignment, and when you listen, tune in, pay attention and make some changes, you feel better. None of this is easy. It takes practice and commitment to being a vigilant observer of your daily experience. Here are 3 keys to making progress on this journey:
You’re over a week into the new year and so far things feel…
A lot like a continuation of 2021, right? The same stressors, struggles, and challenges are still there. While the idea of “new year, new you” can be tempting to have a fresh start and complete makeover, the fact is your challenges are guiding you to step into your authenticity. You see, the world doesn’t need a “new you.” What it needs is you. Beautiful, radiant you...yes, imperfections and all. So, what if instead of being critical of yourself and the current obstacles in your life, you lean into them? Take a moment to “clear the chaos.” Grab a pen and paper and jot down your answers to these questions: What are your current major stressors and obstacles right now? What’s your ideal vision for what life will look like a year from now? In answering these 2 questions, you’ve done something really amazing. You’ve gotten clear on where you are now (your Point A) and where you’re going (your Point B). This clarity, in and of itself, is SO powerful and is the first step in the Radiant Living Method to get unstuck and live radiantly again. With this clarity, your mind naturally starts to seek out creative solutions and resources to support your forward momentum. In fact, leave a comment below with your responses today and I’ll send you specific feedback and next steps for your unique situation. (Yes, I personally read and respond to all the comments myself and I want to hear from you!) I’m leading a free workshop next week where I’ll guide you through the Radiant Living Method to step into 2022 with alignment and authenticity so that you can find freedom in living radiantly again. |
