How do you practice self-care when there’s literally no time in the day for that? I get it. You’re busy. Between work, shuttling the kids to after-school activities, and dealing with all the fires that come up each day, who has time for self-care? But, here’s the thing…Small changes make a really large impact. Don't think of self-care and wellness as some huge thing that you have to carve out an extraordinary amount of time for each day. You don't have to necessarily go to a 90-minute yoga class. If you have time for it, great. But, if not, don't stress yourself out about it. I always say that self-care shouldn't be another thing on your to-do list that's going to stress you out. Find those simple daily things that promote sustainable wellness to cultivate and nurture your well-being.
