This is your 3-step plan to finding love within… ONE Start by answering these 3 questions:
TWO Commit to giving yourself 1 thing that makes you feel loved this week. That 1 thing doesn’t have to be something complicated or expensive. In fact, I want you to choose something as simple as possible. If you’ve worked with me before, you know I always say “small changes make a large impact.” In part, this is because you’re more likely to stick to small actions. When you take those small actions consistently, they become habits. Here are a few examples of actions you can take:
