​Is wellness the absence of dis-ease?

​Or, is it something more?

I believe it’s something more. 

I've dealt with burnout in my own career and relationships. And, I can tell you that Ayurveda has been my saving grace.  

Let me give you an example:   
I was struggling with chronic, severe shoulder pain for years. I went to physical therapy for months. The pain forced me to take a break from my yoga practice and teaching. I had no idea what was causing this pain. It came out of the blue! Through Ayurveda, I knew the pain could be the result of something emotional.  I thought that maybe my body was processing a past trauma.  Well, little did I realize that a situation I’d been dealing with had turned toxic.  As soon as I set boundaries and created space, the shoulder pain resolved!

My story is an example of how your emotional state affects your physical health. You think you're dealing something that's purely physical. But, after taking a closer look through Ayurveda, you find that your mental, emotional, and spiritual life also play a part. 

So, back to my original question...


​What is wellness?
 
I define wellness as having 4 parts:

1. Physical vitality
2. Mental resiliency
3. Emotional attunement
4. Spiritual harmony


As your Ayurveda coach, I'll help you explore these 4 areas of your life and how they affect one another.  You'll come to understand how your body, mind, and spirit are intimately connected to your overall well-being.  And, you’ll learn specific strategies to align these different parts of your life.  

This is a totally different approach, I know! But, it’ so effective. 

Through this work, I’ve helped clients:
  • Sleep better
  • Resolve digestion issues 
  • Improve relationships
  • Get back into hobbies that bring them joy 
  • Cultivate self-compassion 

It gives me chills when I think about how I’ve seen my clients step more fully into who they’re meant to become. It’s such a beautiful process!

So, who's this for?
​This coaching program is for you if you:

-Are ready to take an active role in promoting your own happiness and well-being
-Have exhausted all other options and are ready to heal root causes
-Are committed to personal growth and stepping into the best version of yourself

This coaching program is NOT for you if you:

-Are looking for a quick fix or magic pill
-Would rather chalk up your problems to "genetics" or it being someone else’s fault
-Don’t want to feel empowered about the life you’re living
